'I may be small but -  Shingle-backed lizard'

 The Australian  Shingle-backed lizard is certainly no push over when it comes to defending itself. Apart from its armoured scales it uses its blue tongue and loud hissing to deter predation. If that isnt enough this 30cm lizard packs a very powerful bite and once these little guys get hold of you they dont readily let go.
